Centrally located off the Eastbank Esplanade, Vera Katz Beach offers amazing views of downtown Portland and has huge potential for community river recreation. Together we'll remove trash, derelict concrete, and rip rap from the water’s edge to improve native habitat and increase public access to our beloved Willamette River.
